Eden Island is a stunning development currently under construction 8 minutes drive from the airport of Mahe in the Seychelles. One third of the island is completed including all the waterfront apartments along with the infrastructure and marina.
This one bedroom unit is on the marina with a view of the stunning mountain and visiting yachts. There is a sleeper sofa in the sitting room for 2 extra people to stay if they wish.
Fully air-conditioned, equipped apartment with balcony and all the necessities. Finished last month so everything in perfect condition.
The island itself still has building work carrying on behind the main area and development photos can be seen on the website: www.edenisland.sc - it is a perfect place to stay whilst visiting other islands in the Seychelles.
The rate once finished will be $350 per night but as the situtation is still not perfect the price will be just over half this at $1200 for the week.
